An educational consultancy focussed on employing a design thinking mindset to support teaching and managerial clients to generate strategic change, service design and curriculum related solutions. 

Our areas of expertise are: 

Change strategy and service design - We facilitate the rapid and/or staged design of educational change initiatives with teaching, managerial and industry stakeholder groups. 

Curriculum Design - We facilitate the design and renewal of higher education curriculum with teaching teams, guided by the use of bespoke self-authored learning design processes. 

Through using bespoke processes to approach educational change initiatives, clients will have both a solution and a replicable process that can be used and adapted in the future for similar problems and/or objectives. This is an effective method of professional development in contexts where individuals approaching strategic change, service design and/or curriculum related tasks are typically working under tight timelines while managing competing challenges.
