Steve is a passionate educational development specialist who has facilitated the design and enhancement of 1000+ units of study and 50+ programs of study across a 15+ year career in vocational and higher education. With a PhD in educational development pedagogy, he is particularly skilled at facilitating complex curriculum and learning design endeavours with teaching teams and individual educators. Often supported by the use of bespoke planning processes and tools, Steve is committed to supporting clients to rapidly produce curriculum and learning designs that adequately address competing requirements of quality assurance, societal/vocational relevance and teaching efficiency.

Rachael is a highly motivated educational development professional who has worked in the field of academic development in advisory and team leadership roles over the past 15 years. With postgraduate qualifications in education, she applies her natural talents in relationship building to foster enthusiasm and trust in the co-design process with teaching and managerial colleagues. Rachael typically uses bespoke planning processes and tools to facilitate course/program and unit/subject level curriculum (re)design with teaching teams. Drawing upon these experiences, she often makes iterative improvements to the supporting learning design processes and tools.
