Conceptualising a graduate persona

Service Description

A graduate persona for an intended graduate specifies what a graduate in the proposed qualification will need to do, know and how these skills and knowledge will need to be applied. A graduate persona is constructed through aggregating various sources of evaluative feedback from stakeholders including (but not limited to) graduates, academics, vocational groups and accrediting bodies. The highest level capabilities outlined within the persona will end up serving as the Course Learning Outcomes, and many of the remaining capabilities will serve as the basis for unit-level intended learning outcomes.
